Hello good day all, I haven’t been able to log into my ircc page in the past two days, please is this happening to anyone else?

Hello everyone,

Just a quick update in my case, might help someone in the same place. I contacted IRCC last week and got a reply yesterday saying that they had re-opened my case (likely because borders were re-opened) and said that they were going to request re-medicals before issuing a new PPR. The very next day I received the re-medical request. Hopefully this means that they are working trying to clear out the FSW backlog.

Thanks for responding, it has been really frustrating trying to login. I called IRCC and they said they are undergoing system maintenance and that might be the cause.

try using chrome to log in. I have an issue when I use safari but can log in through chrome. Anyway no point nothing changed on my application

As you wrote, if i have new passport after PPR, do i have to submit webform and give ircc information about changing PP?
Either before PPR, do i have to send webform and give IRCC information about replacing old expired passports?

If you renewed your passport, and you have not received a PPR, you have to inform IRCC by sending a web form with a scanned copy of your new passport.

If you have received your PPR, you still should send a web form and then send your physical passport for visa stamping.

Just one more thing. If i get PPR and didnt inform IRCC about passport change, do have to wait some letter from IRCC and THAN send passport to visa office or i can just inform them and send passport without waiting back information from IRCC?

@legalfalcon Hi LegalFalcon, my PR application is in progress, today while staying at an Airbnb in rural ontario, couple of cops came over saying there is a anonymous complaint from the neighbors regarding this house . I told them that I am a single guest staying here at an airbnb and the owners are outside and I do not know anything about it . They still took my name and date of birth and said it was just a routine check and it is nothing against me . Online I see that my information is now entered into the police database, do you think this could delay or have a negative impact on my BGC?

Unless you are charged, there is no need to be concerned about.

You can send your passport, there is no need to wait. You can send a web form and immediately send a passport.
