It’s just an estimate time but I saw members got it 21 up to 90 days
I got it really fast in 26 days but processing time was 184 days that time

PR card is only needed for international travel. It is not the only proof of PR. COPR is enough for SIN. I was applying for my son's passport last Friday and I saw many people with COPRs applying for SIN. https://www.canada.ca/en/employment-social-development/services/sin/before-applying.html

I applied with my copr for sin and also you can get CCB if you have kids

Yes you can your in 2nd stage you may call once a month it’s not gonna hurt you

if you guys in 1st stage please don’t call center they delay your process it’s my own experience
