well, it depends upon the Background check Now. I think that BG may take 2-3 weeks after medical and Bio. Fingers crossed. I am hoping for the best

Even , I saw a ghost update on my profile, but couldn't check my complete application status, "It showing me right now application status not available, please try again."

Yeah it happens all the time , clear the browser cache, and try again, that could help sometime .
