Everything got passed today before today all steps were in the process so IRCC doesn't update status even if eligibility, background, final decision is done.
AOR- 28th August
In between, they requested me to provide them PCC and IELTS.
PR Portal -1st October
COPR - Received today
Card-waiting

On 29th Sep I linked my application to a new GC account and removed it from the old one. I don't know if this helps to improve the approval process but you guys can try nothing to lose in that one and don't create a PR portal account on your own IRCC will create it for you.

• Portal Email: Oct 4th, 2021 (right after 2nd GU, replied right afterwards)
• Portal Credential: Oct 4th, 2021 (1hr after portal email)

- Applied May 6, 12:20-ish pm ET & submitted all documents upfront.
- August 26, I was able to manually link my account (no AOR received).
- September 22, Ghost Update & ADR for proof of payment. Sent same day.
- September 27, Ghost Update
- Sep 28, another ADR for original scanned copy of marriage certificate
- Oct 1, Ghost Update
I don’t have AOR until today.

Hi.. I have linked my application on 4th August with inland spouse. And Haven’t received any ghost update either so I think you will receive your portal request very soon. Good luck!
