TRV From Inside Canada - Normal Processing Time Has Passed

Anyone successfully withdrawn their application and re-applied? This is getting ridiculous now. Everyone I know has applied after me and got it.

Hi everyone! I have a doubt for which i have not been able to get any answer so far:
I had applied for a Visitor Visa in 2017 which was approved and now expires on 2026, i had used the visa to enter Canada 2 times for tourist purposes in 2017 and Jan 2019. Then in the Summer of 2019 i applied for a Study Permit outside canada which was approved because of which i received a study visa which expired last month.
So can i use the previous Visitor Visa to re-enter Canada? I have tried contacting IRCC but to no avail , so i don't know if it is still valid. And the visa has not been stamped as cancelled.
Any help would be appreciated!

I applied work permit Visa from saudia arabia online on june 2020. I submit biometric and pic everything,But my application status is still the same as what it was on the day I applied (application submitted successfully)after, no further request or updates I ask from agent about medical he say no need medical from Saudia Arabia is truth.

Eligibility review started on ~ Sept 11.
Final decision and passport request issued on Oct 4.
54 days from submission to approval.

My TRV application timeline:
Application Submitted- Aug 09,2021.
Eligibility review started- Sept 10.
Passport request- Oct.04
No webforms. PR application is in process.
