Hello Everyone,

I am looking to apply for Visitor Visa application for my Sister and Brother-in-law. I had previously applied for her Visitor visa back in 2013-2014 two times through an agent but it got refused. My Sister is housewife, where as my brother-in-law operates own business, they have 16 year old Son. I would like my sister to come over visit our new born baby in Canada.

1. What are the chances if my sister's visitor visa application gets approved this time considering reason for visit ?
2. Can I make my brother-in-law as primary applicant in application considering he owns business in India ?

I am really confused and don't want to mess the visitor visa application this time for my Sister, hence seeking sugggestions.

Kindly advise.

Regards
DK

Hi,

What documents can be provided if one is a business owner?

Business registration/incorporation, contracts, receipts/invoices, taxes etc.
My mother-in-law is a businesswoman and business is in her name while my father-in-law has nothing on his name can they both apply for a visitor visa? or only mother-in-law should apply?

thanks
