Hey guys, need your help. I submitted at around 11am May 6 under IG stream (with spouse and kid), but haven't received anything yet. Is this normal? Not even a number for linking. I am worried now. Thank you very much.

Showing this.. what it means? what to expect? I tried putting information for different streams and still show the same message .So I think it doesn't mean anything. What do I do next?
