Hi Everyone, I have received COPR on 5th August and linked my PR card application to GC key
Today I had an update on PR card and it is approved, but it also had a message "“You picked up your permanent resident card in person”
I never picked the card neither got in email. Can someone please tell if this normal. I could not reach customer service and already raised a webform as well.
After 101days I received my eCOPR!
Portal credentials June 20 replied same day. Sept 29 got my Copr! I just hope my PR card wouldn't take that long to arrive.

Since recently, PR Cards are usually delivered by the time eCOPR expires. I got mine in 1 week after eCOPR, but my inland dependent did not and we are hoping we get the remaining PR Card before eCOPR expires.

Hi !!! I received ready for visa email on 2nd September. I m inside canada and raised webform and given my canada address. I am waiting for the portal email to process next.
On the other hand my spouse submitted her passport on 10th September via two way courier to vfs and received visa stamped, copr on 28th September.
I called ircc several times, raised few webfrom and emailed to CIO to send portal email. I need suggestions how to get portal email. Please share something Base on your experience.
Thank you.
It’s showing submitted. Agent said photo and address are validated and good. The card is in production as per them, yet it’s surprising as I got it already.
By looking at cases like mine, I think individual portal accounts for all members, are a better option than linking dependents to the principal applicant’s portal account. Just my assumption that dependents may get missed while processing, while individual accounts get treated equally.

My case is similar. All dependents have received their card but Primary applicant's still is showing "submitted".
For your spouse's application - has there ever been a GU? (e.g., showing Application/Profile updated, and then went back to "Submitted")? Or has it always been "Submitted"?

Thanks. I wonder how you could get the IRCC agent to answer your questions about PR card status because they don't answer anything other than priority inquiries (and apparently PR card isn't considered a priority by them)? Let's keep in touch because our case is similar.
