Could any of you who received this public policy work permit by mail (physically) confirm if it includes the word PGWP in the document in any way? I'm being asked that to keep receiving insurance in Quebec.

If IRCC received your application after the policy ended, then there is a very good chance you will be refused.
There's really nothing you can do but wait and see what happens (i.e. if they give you a break by a day or apply the rules exactly).
If you are refused, then you would need to stop working immediately and make plans to leave Canada. If you wish to remain in Canada, then you'll need to apply to restore your status to visitor and then look for an employer who is willing to give you a job offer and go through the LMIA process so that you can get a work permit again.

Congrats! Thank you for the update.
Recently, most approvals have been for those who applied between July 10 and July 20. I'm July 16 and, no news yet.
But still within their processing times (87 days). I'll panic after Nov 10th if I have not received any news then.
