Seems like different agents are giving different responses. The agent with whom I spoke suggested that the new visitor visa guidelines are only for those applicants outside Canada. She said that inland TRV applicants need not re-apply.

Do you have your biometrics completed?

No, being an inland applicant I am exempt from biometrics.

I applied on September 5th and my eligibility review started like a week or week and half ago, fingers crossed that is a good sign and i soon get my ppr then

yes, my counterfoil was on 24 septmber 2021, didt get passport tracking back yet.
