I hope your prediction is going to be right! I am just a week behind of @pg15 and we are from the same IRCC office. So, lets see. It's not a good idea becoming too hopeful on IRCC. It's unpredictable always :)

Hello Team November! I got a request for passport pages and I have a question: my eligibility period started in 2015 and I have one passport from 2016 onwards and an older one to cover the 2015 year. Does this still mean I have to provide ALL pages from the old passport?
My passports have English on them but there some stamps here and there that are not in English. Do I need to get those translated?

"scanned copies or photos of all passport(s) and travel document(s) pages held
during your five (5) years eligibility period are required. If you do not have a travel document or
passport, please provide an explanation.
You must provide a colour copy of each page, including blank pages."

You need color copies of all pages of all passports that were valid during the eligibility period. If there were some stamps that not in English or French they need to be translated.

By travel document - they mean only passports or documents like the passports used for travelling. You need not give the PR Card, work permit or visitor visa docs. Stampings for those will be already reflected in your passport (most probably) as VISAs.
