Hi sept 24 waiting for AOR
I contact ircc they said we cant give you any info before AOR .ANY solution to contact officer because they give me temporary file number on may 2021 , after that no update .ircc agent told me officer can't start process your application. I think they forgot my file. Any solution

I would suggest to initiate an gcms notes request using your temporary file number. That would give you a better idea as to what’s happening with your file.
