In order to hire a temporary foreign worker (via a work permit issued after a positive LMIA), a company in Canada has to show ESDC that they exhausted all attempts to fill the role with a Canadian with equivalent skills and experience. Which means advertising/ posting the job to ALL job seekers (including Canadians) for 30 days at a minimum. This is mandatory.

I need your help. I received gcms notes today and can see that copr has been issued since 27 August 2021.

But I haven't received any ppr letter so far. Is this normal procedure ?
If you have any knowledge please share.

Can you post a snippet of that for reference? You might have to contact your VO. Also people have been reporting ppr mails coming in junk folder so please keep an eye out.
