It looks like new instructions have been issued for IRCC offices regarding processing of outland applicants.

Its not clear what is it. hopefully it will be about finalizing applicants and FSW will receive normal priority as opposed to the current lowered priority.

We have already discussed it here. Basically, you can expect to get the PPR soon if your medicals are valid for more than 3 months. If not, your application maybe discarded.
