I got an update on my application. Fingerprints requested September 21st. Got the instructions email September 22nd. Submitted my prints on the same day via a notary office.

Thanks for the update, it will take from 4-6 weeks have your BG verification completed after submitting FP. Or it could be less as online are moving faster, will see what the trend is in your case!!!

BG verification completed means they have finished your Security and criminality checks and your file has been transferred to your local office, from where you will receive the citizenship test invitation.

BG verification completed means they have finished your Security and criminality checks and your file has been transferred to your local office, from where you will receive the citizenship test invitation.

How much time would it take from this update to citizenship test invite? Thanks.

It varies as your local office may have a backlog still, the offices that I have noticed are active sending test invites are the offices in Toronto.
