After portal email 1, how much time it takes to get the 2nd email where you get account details and credentials in order to upload your picture and other details (address etc) for PR card.

Yes I received it today, not sure if they work on Saturday. It could be something like that they do update the information today and the email is sent out the next day, just guessing.
