Medical exam shouldn't be older than 5 years and you also should live all these 5 years in Canada (not to be absent more than 6 months).
Those who got AOR and are being asked to submit the Annexe A / Background Declaration, do you have to submit the whole document (with extra sheets) again with an update on what you have done in your personal history and Address history etc? And you need to date it again and sign it again right?
