I got the exact same response to an Urgent request a week ago. Nothing since then.

did local office contact you? You can use the same email to request the status of UP request.

Local office never contacted me. I got an email that IRCC has forwarded my request though. My case is pretty strong and phone agents said they think it is convincing. For more than a month, my local office did not bother reading it & now phone agents are just telling me that this is on my file and they can't confirm.

send a web form again. I sent it 4 times and by mail to Sydney NS to get approved!

What is the email address of Sydney NS? In web form they are not responding now a days, they just send a generic reply of "Afganisthan" what ever info we sent to them.

I am supporting US clients and I have to travel every months and I just can take a single entry visa for my national passport.
So the reason to avoid loss my job
I have submitted the papers from my company and our clients for all dates that I have to be in US for 2021 & 2022

Hi, can I apply for urgent processing alongside an online application? Or only by paper?

Also, if urgent processing is declined, would my application end up at the back of the regular processing queue? In other words, would it delay regular processing?

*yes it will be processed normally

Thanks Anton, I'll try that. From the dropdown list on the webform, should I select 'Citizenship'? Will I receive an email when my request has been reviewed?

I asked for urgent processing 3 months ago and they still have not made a decision apparently (phone agent confirmed)

I sent an inquiry online to confirm if my request has been accepted or not.

Should I send the urgent request itself once again?

I have read all 53 pages of this thread.

For UP, I need to apply for a job in Canada that explicitly required Canadian citizenship. Somehow get in touch with the recruiter or get an offer without getting automatically rejected the application questionaire.

Other ways are to have a medical emergency where your current passport doesn't work.

Getting a job in the USA is not a UP case.
