Does anyone know how long it takes to receive the second portal email, please? I got my first portal on SEP 1st, then still waiting till today... Any ideas?

Anybody here waiting for pr card from june. Ecopr - June 25. No update on card. Ecopr from OSC. Why is taking so long ? I tried webform, no response. Anybody can help, how can I follow up ? Or should I just wait ?

@sabrina4430 try to email them back in Canadian working hours. Sometime this trick works. Atleast worked for few including myself. Email them around 10AM.

Just realized I've got my credentials on SEP 5th... omg... It was in the junk mail folder.
I check junk mail every day, but somehow I never notice it was there!

Now the password expired already.
I just sent an email to IRCC, but not sure if it gonna help.

Does anyone have similar situations as well? Any ideas, please?

PS: For those who're waiting for their credentials, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE check your junk mail folder and go through EVERYTHING!

As i created my portal account by myself… you can try it creat a new account with same email Id… now ircc has registered you email id for portal… you will get PR confirmation there when you login…
