Everything is updated on the IRCC Portal all at once.
Portal Email : 14th Sep 2021 - Replied on the same day.
Credentials : 16th Sep 2021
COPR : 17th Sep 2021

Portal email is from Etobicoke.
Overall process took approximately 2 Months 3 weeks for me from the day I have submitted my application( Removing one week delay in Biometrics update ).

I received COPR for my wife, however, my COPR missing in the portal.
I created only one account for my wife and me.
In the CIC account, the application is approved and I can see the COPR document number for both of us.
I think the agent forgot to upload my COPR.
