Didn't try it personally but you can use TFN for any changes or updates.

I have the following status for my application:
SINP Paper based; Outland with 4 Dependents
AR July 10, 2020
AOR Jan 18, 2021
Biometric Waived (Not Required)
GCMS notes ordered since 37 days now (awaited)
GCKey status bar shows 69% with 7 months remaining

My application was received on 13 November 2020. I got my AOR ON 13 september with Biometric request for my dependents. Today i received medical request from officer. I have already done my medical in February 2020 so i thought medical is valid for an year . Just wondering how can i upload my old medical since it is still valid or should i go for a new one as requested. I dont know how can i communicate with my officer at this time.

I think to avoid further delay u should follow what officer is asking by redo medical again and might be some reason where they want you do it again.
