Out of nowhere when I even forgot I have an EE profile I got Notification of Interest (NOI) from AINP! I was quite happy about it but I got to know my Ielts got expired just 4 days before I received NOI !!!!
I have booked computer based test for tomorrow and should have sufficient bands by end of week! I have two questions if someone can advise or shed some views on my situation!
1) If I update my EE with new result and submit AINP later will it cause any issues?
2) It's hard to replicate exact IELTS result so my CRS will fluctuate a bit but will be still quite above the AINP Application requirement will it cause any issues?
I have also written an email to AINP about the situation but I thought it might be worth checking here as well.
Hi Everyone,
NOC - 2131
CRS - 476
EE date - 20/08/21
AINP NOI - 23/08/21
I am in the process of form filling in the portal and am stuck at the regulated job description part. As per the document, the civil engineering profession is regulated in the province of Alberta. In this case, APEGA certification is needed to be attached to the application. However, I am confused as the APEGA website doesn't have any guidelines for outland applicants.
It says it is mandatory for NOC 2131 (and some others) to submit a letter of no objection. You submit this in the "document for license" field. Some NOC 213x folks here were able to get their nomination without submitting a letter of no objection but I wouldn't risk it. APEGA gave me my letter a day after I sent them all documents they asked.

So when the form asks you if your NOC is regulated in AB, you need to select "Yes". What I sent in on top of the letter of no objection was my APEGA profile ID showing that I have active application for licensure. Not sure if that applies to you but if your NOC is regulated (which seems to be), maybe you can start your application with APEGA and profile AINP your profile ID.
Or maybe you can submit a letter of explanation saying that you don't have a license.

AINP is very fast for processing. I got NOI on August 10 and got the provincial nomination on August 24. And by God’s grace I got the ITA for PR on Sept. 1st. Don’t lose hope everyone. My EE profile has been active since July 2020. I also waited for almost a year for an NOI. My CRS score was only 311 when I lodged a profile in EE. God has plans for you and believe it will be granted to you in God’s perfect time.

Please, how do i go about a regulated proffession 2253? Though, i don't require a letter of no objection and i ticked i will process it when i get to Alberta but and i also ticked regulated while completing my application. Please what document do i need to upload for the license part?
