If the reason why they're not finalizing applications is because they intend on cancelling them, why are they issuing remeds/med extensions? people are also seeing other movements on their files, no? I really hope they don't cancel existing applications, did they issue remeds and medical extentions back in 2012 too?

Honestly, at this point. All we want is a decision of some kind and information. If they are cancelling applications, they should hurry up with it and tell us already. If they are cancelling FSW, amending it. Whatever they should freaking do it and tell us too. What is unforgivable is the dragging of feet and confusion. People doing even know whether to be upset or hopeful. There is no way this is legal.

I doubt if they even know what they want to do apart from hitting their numerical target. Right now, they're trying to have the cake and eat it too when it comes to FSW applications. FSWs are strictly a second-choice/backup for them at the moment.
