I submitted my visitor application (sibling reunification) first on 24/08/21 then on 09/09/21. I got biometrics validity letter issued at Ottawa yesterday. Any chance I'm getting PPR soon?

I applied TRV in mid july and mentioned ‘family Visit’ to meet my child who is PR.
My intended travel date is Mid October.
My biometrics are due next week.
I had uploaded proof of vaccination with original application.
My situation(reunification) has not changed
question:
1) do i need to submit a new application
2) if the process delays beyond my intended travel date(mid october), do I then need to submit a new application or will the application still fall under normal processing time ?
3) can i still send a webform to ircc asking them to prioritize my application after my biometrics are done?

Hi everyone,
I'm in need of some advice. I'm in a bit of a situation where my agent applied a new application through GC key on 10th September and didn't inform me on time. Not knowing this, I personally reapplied through portal on 13th September.
There has been no activity in both applications. Should I let this be? Or is it better to withdraw the 10th September application?
This application is for my 3 month old son

Yes applied from India. Applied via gckey second time as I didn't know gckey and portal are separate at time of application.

- All financial documents like bank statement, fixed deposits, tax records of spouse as she is working.
- Purpose of travel letter
- Vaccination proof
Sponsor
- Invitation letter (solemn declaration signed by notary)
- Employment and financial records
- Additional information about marriage as outland spouse app is in progress and have not passed eligibility yet.
