PR Card Timeline (Through Online Portal after ECOPR)

I got the ECOPR but the address and photo have been in review since 20 June. I tried to call IRCC the first month after i uploaded the second photo (the first one was rejected due to the facial size area) they said i cant do anything except waiting. Then tried to call again lately and they only prioritize the Afghanistan crisis. Im so frustrated!

Hi , I have sent my photo for PR card on May 29th 2021 via Canada post. I am not able to link this with my CIC account. Still waiting for pr card it will be 4 months soon.
Anyone has same situation?

Call Ircc agent or use web form. I am waiting since 25th of July.

Your Christmas present will be the PR card, processing time has been increased to 118 days now.
The Taliban's damage to inland Canadian PR applicants is by far less than the damage to Afghans !

Now it shows 128 days. It keeps getting worse.

My wife and I received our ECOPR on July 17. She received her PR card 3 weeks later but I am still waiting for mine. I am the principal applicant and she is the dependant. I think she just got lucky because the processing time shows 128 days now and IRCC doesn't even respond to phone calls or Web form because of the Afghanistan situation.

@Grewal1322 @rav22 I also had same issue with PR card application linking. Tried the city of birth in format e.g. CITY, STATE and it finally worked for me. There is a space between comma and state. Also, STATE should be in full, no abbreviations.

Yes all happened last week. I am a PR exactly 10 months from AOR

Hello All,
My Ecopr and my spouse: 31 August, 2021
our PR Card in GC Key Approved and Mailed notification : September 08, 2021
My spouse received card on our house address (as updated in portal ): September 10, 2021
and Very strange thing happened, we waited for my card for 3 weeks and yesterday on 27 September, my PR Card received by my representative even though address in portal was mine and it was accepted and was submitted by me through portal.
