Hi guys, I got an update today!!!
Language skills, Physical presence and prohibitions completed. Everything is shown completed except ceremony that is 'not started'.
Also, ECAS is updated and shows 'decision made'!
What is next? Wait for oath invitation? How long should I expect it will take?

I am surprised it is going this fast for me. I supposed that it is because I haven't travelled much (only 1 big trip of 3 weeks to my home country in the 5 year eligibility period and one over-night trip to the US) and that my application is pretty straightforward (no temporary visa or working visa, applied directly to PR through Express Entry and from there to citizenship), also no criminal records, yearly tax income declarations, lived in the same place all the time, etc. Piece of cake for the processing officer!

With all due respects, I definitely do not think that is the reason. Consider yourself lucky and your case officer efficient. If you case for super easy, why did it even take a month to validate your test results and mark it complete. I haven't travelled out of the country post my PR. My test results haven't been validated yet, more than 50 days now. My wife's results have been validated within 2 days and they even asked for her passport blank copies (and that too only a couple of days back). I don't think we can try to decipher a pattern and justify the madness here.

It's probably luck. Those who get delayed are delayed because their files are not being touched for months. Before the pandemic the whole process was taking 3-6 months.
I hear you. I was in the same boat. No updates after sending passport copies until yesterday. I think, you will receive it soon. It is going to be Nov applicants turn to see some updates soon. All the best.
