Yes, my old profile details were visible in my GCMS notes but that one was submitted from same GCKey account. Having two active EE profiles is against immigration law so I would avoid this even from different accounts.

Your old profile details were visible because the same gc key account uses the same temp UCI.
I agree that it's unethical to create two ee profiles because it affects the chances of others.

But if you have 2 accts it would not be visible. So she perhaps just needs to delete her FSW account once she gets NOI from Ontario. Coz her FSW would never get ITA..

there is no point of being honest with ircc or canada cause one way fairness never worked or resulted in a stable system or society, if government wants to fuck then the citizens will game the system to milk the benefits from the corrupted system
