Congratulations everyone on their PPR. If you look at the data, the people receiving PPR have all re-applied from CIC GC key, not the portal.

Did you mention COVID-19 under purpose of visit?

No changes were made to the documents. My wife updated same documents including invite, bank statements and travel plans. Her original travel dates were in October. But I think if your travel dates have passed and or documents are outdated like 3 months or more, it may be better to submit updated documents. Once you re-apply, they don’t consider the old application file. Hope it helps

Hi, I reapplied visa on 9 Sept and got passport request today on 13 Sept . I applied for spouse visitor visa . Hope this helps everyone as it seems ircc seems to be working again.

I applied through portal already, can I apply using gc key again

Looks like again they r prioritizing applications of immediate family members of PR and Citizens
I may be wrong as well but I am yet to see a ppr from a temporary resident in canada

Ya I got 3 emails acknowledgement. And status is reviewing eligibility

Same here, Applied through Portal on 8th September, Abu-Dhabi Office. No Update after that.
