On the landing page when you log in, at the bottom you see a link for "report issue/mistake", probably that should be used

I submitted via web form ahead of time, so it took less than a week.

For ADR they asked for Indian Pcc and schedule A form. I got a mail today that they started reviewing my additional documents and yes I passed medical

I didn’t get medical request. I did upfront medical on 6th August’21. And in my GCkey ac it shows you passed medical.
