Until June 2020 draw was for victims of Bill 9 and there was no draw until Sept 2020 for arrima. So I guess there were not many files btw OCT and DEC 2020? I know CSQ issue time varies, but when I got invitation on Sept 24, 2020, my csq was issued on Dec 02, 2020.

I got my AOR on August 24th. I was also asked to re-submit the "intend to live in Quebec" and "IMM 0008" with my original signature instead of a typed one. I sent them on the same day, and I'm still waiting for MR (My family and I did one in the end of 2015, so I don't know if we're exempt), and the fingerprints request ( I think we are exempt cz ours expire in 2025). Anyone knows how long it usually needs to hear back from them if they ask to resend docs?
They must be checking January 2021 if this guy got his AOR. Strange they would jump over November and December for AOR. Unless all November and December applicants are all outlands lol. My guess is also why people keep getting skipped over is because they are from a country that takes long for security or they got outland dependents, or they visited too many countries in the last 10 years etc.
Congrats, you must be inland applicant. It takes ages for outland applicants. Mine was received on 7th Sep and am sure I would hear from them again in a year or something lol
