The AOR was Sydney and the portal letter is Vancouver

Infinite RB meant- there was refusal because Indian PCC of the facebook guy did not have timeline of 'to' and 'from'. Like when to when is the PCC for. Its different and NOT until when PCC is valid for after issuance.

The duration of the PCC itself not the validity. So I meant all Indian PCC comes in general format and there is no duration mentioned on the letter itself just like vietnam.
