What's changed? I always said CEC was dying, now it's official. And guelphite always said an all program draw wouldn't occur before the elections, to which I always objected, but they ended up right about that too.

No. IRCC would have cranked up the invites on CEC if they were going the AUS/NZ way. There used to be 12000 CEC invites per month. Now it came down to 2000 per month. The situation has nothing to do with specifically FSW or any other program. Something else is happening.
