How long it takes after replying them for the details?
My BC PNP Inland application AOR 04 SEP 2020 got a ghost update on Friday. I suppose it will be interesting to see when GCMS arrives in about in two weeks.
I am about to lose it in this whole process. I bought my pre-construction condo in Feb 2020 shortly after the BCPNP nomination. Now I have to apply for a BCPNP extension after more than 1.5 years if I want to avoid paying that foreign buyer's tax. I hate IRCC to its rotten core!!!!!!!

I am stuck with my job due to fooking pnp and WP. As per WP condition I can’t go for any study or vocational training when I want to do realtor course. And some stupids still think the delay is not affecting us as we are already in canada.
I visted my MP's office yesterday and submiited my request for enquiry and I got email from the MP office that IRCC responded to the enquiry within 4 hours with the same Afghanistan excuse.

You should still be qualified for the exemption if you can provide your AOR letter for your attorney/notary when they file for the transfer buyer tax paperwork.
Here is from BC's website regarding the exemption as a confirmed BC provincial nominee: "If your Confirmation of Nomination has expired, you must provide proof that you applied for permanent residency before the expiration date to be considered for the exemption".
My inland EE-PNP application received an update today. My biometrics information was updated, a file number was assigned and medical now shows in progress.
