Tech will not be gone. My brother is in Ontario,he has mentioned tech is very much in demand. I think the next all draws will be tech only.

Yep. BC IT has been made a permanent program. Tech will stay for the next few years at least.

They already have an invite from AINP and there is no guarantee of FSW draws happening.

But the problem with this scenario is, OINP is still not taking candidates with scores >=468. Would they not know about the IRCC plans?
