@Nikos1978 have you got any ghost updates in your GCkey account and what is the stage there?
Unfortunately, as I have a representative, I can't connect my application to my GCKey account.
I don't know what is a ghost update exactly but here is my statut with gckey :
And ecas :
So nothing new.
It seems they are processing the background check

Thank you for the screenshot my friend! I was "dying" to see whatever can been seen there. As it seems, at this point, you can't see much.
As for the ghost update, I think that it's called when you receive an email saying that something has changed in your application an when you are checking it you can't see anything different.
This happened to me for work permit application.

Don't know if it's just a one-time thing or slowly they are starting to work on our files. We will probably come to know more in a week or two.

Hello,
I have a question regarding the best immigration process. I'm a doctor and I want to immigrate to Canada, more specifically to Quebec, but some people told me that the Quebec Immigration Process takes a lot of time, compared to the Express Entry. Some people advised me to apply for the express entry and then move to Quebec.
What do you think?
Thanks so much

I have been advising my friends not to come to Quebec or even think about It regardless of what profession they are into . This is based on what I and my friends , families are going through with Quebec immigration process . This would be my opinion.

Sorry to ask, but why do you say that?
There's something happening with the immigration process?

Quebec immigration process is unpredictable and doesn’t seem to follow any process. Thousands are still living with an uncertainty on when they wil get PR. If you are coming here with PR , then it may be a good choice

As you are a doctor I suppose you have the necessary points to go through the express entry process and then come to Québec.
The first of many reasons not to go through the Québec Immigration is that express entry processing time to get your permanent residence is 6-12 months when Québec around 3 years.
