Hi everyone, I'm new here.
I applied in November 2020, passed the citizenship test and I'm still waiting for "Decision Made". I want to know how long to wait for Oath ceremony after DM? I see October and November applicants who will have ceremonies in January or February 2022. Is the processing time so bad or there are early options for non-urgent applicants?
Citizenship ceremony set to March 2, 2022. Please update the tracker.
I really hoped they would schedule me for November. It's an online ceremony...

There is no average waiting time any more. It's all over the place

He he! and currently it is just going random I suppose.
Any ideas on how to speak with an Agent? I hear an annoying and frustrating tone " Due to the high volume of calls, we are unable to transfer your call at the moment" This message frustrates me.

No use of talking to them. Why do you want to talk to?
if its for generic question then its better not to waste time.

only recently (Sept 2) they acknowledge the receipt of my fingerprint and since then I'm just waiting. Do I go ahead and request the gcms notes?

I would take any timeline recommendation here with a pinch of salt. As far as my experience goes - personal and what I read in this forum, there is no strict timeline to move from one phase to another. Forum can give a ball park based on people's personal experience but that is not definitely a standard.
