Finally some movement, I have an update dated Sep 7th, 2021. BG is finally completed for me and my spouse. App received July 30th and is in local office (Kitchener). Last update was April 23rd. I also submitted an urgent processing request since almost two weeks ago with no response except a generic response.

The new citizenship portal login page says they are finalizing applications from June 2019. Doesn’t sound accurate to me. Anyone on that?

I requested GCSM notes under ATIP from CBSA a few months back regarding my citizenship application but I received 210 pages consisting all information regarding my Pr, work permit applications etc except citizenship.
My primary intention for ATIP was regarding citizenship application but CBSA has not attached a single word about it.
Seniors any inputs would be appreciated.

Its not accurate as many people are waiting before that month and lot many are actually done after that. That timeline is useless to refer.

Possibly you wrongly selected cbsa instead of CIC. So submit new one and select cic importantly and give your citizenship application detail.

Even for this July 2020 group, some of us are waiting for ceremony already, and some (including me) have just received letters for fingerprints. Processing time varies a lot between offices.

This morning, I checked the new portal and it showed last update of BG complete (7 Sep, 2021). I checked now again, and it shows an update ( 8 Sep, 2021) however, I don't see anything. What does this mean? Thanks

So I had appeared for Test on Jul1 and https://cst-ssc.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login showed test completed on Jul 5. Then they asked for scanned copies of passport which I provided very next day.

But I have not got any update since Jul 6 .Raised two webform request but standard reply that it would be addressed as per priority.
I dont even know my processing office .What should I do ? Please advise.
