Yes urine tests are done and are important. If you have a family member with blood in their urine they should be seeking medical care as soon as possible.
I never did. But when you link your application you can see the dates when they received it and when they started processing it. The only communication I received was biometrics request.
thanks... i also didnt get ARO yet.. i got bio metric last week and yesterday i got the request for police clearance and medicals. however they didn't sent me instructions for medical as they mentioned in the letter..i am wondering for the process of medicals..

find a designated Canadian immigration physician in your city and get the medical done by him/her. It’s pretty straightforward process, the physicians will know everything that needs to be done! Thanks

if you don’t mind, can you please share the language in the PCC request letter you got? Thanks
anyone planning to apply Indian Police clearance for parents within Canada ? I see BLS center can provide PCC.. Not sure how long it will take ...BLS website mentioned it will take around 8 weeks.. My parents are here in Canada and i need PCC.. would it be best to apply from BLS or recommended to get locally from India
One question for Police clearance in advance, please.
Does IRCC ask to send Police clearance document by mail or do they accept to upload the scan copies?
I believe so. Here are the notes in Application guide 5772:
Police certificates for parents and grandparents applications are not required at the time you submit your complete application. Police certificates will be requested by the processing office for the person being sponsored and all family members 18 or older (who are not already Canadian citizens or permanent residents) later in the application process.
You don’t need police certificates when you submit your complete application. We ask you for police certificates for the person being sponsored and all family members 18 or older (who aren’t already Canadian citizens or permanent residents) later in the application process.
Police certificates are generally valid for 1 year from the date they’re issued. Depending on processing times, we may ask you for new certificates.
