Yes. You should take action now. There is no way that they are going to miss such a big gap. It will look transparent if you take the first action. What is your NOC btw?
Since the assessing office has specifically asked to provide siblings details, it's better to provide the details of the sibling living in Canada - although it was not mentioned in the AINP document check list.

How soon after receiving PR through AINP does one need to move to Alberta? If one has ongoing studies in another province, does Alberta expect them to move immediately after receiving PR through AINP?
I have received an NOI from Alberta and have a decent (475) CRS. My NOC is 2132 (Mechanical Engineer). I have replied to them and confirmed the NOI and have received an automatically generated reply regarding recieving of my email couple of days back. My question is how long will it take to get the application link for uploading documents ?

how long does it usually take for you file to be 'assigned for assessment'? as it has been 5 days since I submitted my application.

Speaking for complete outlanders; if you read the previous pages, for people it recently took 1-3 days. But it hasn't been 5 days since you submitted, there was a weekend (4 and 5th) and a labor day (6th) all of which were holidays. So your file was probably picked up only yesterday. So technically it's only been a day or two for you. Gotta keep waiting. I'm in the same boat. Best of luck.
