Hi, I saw your timeline that you received your eCoPR on Aug 31st. I'm wondering if the eCoPR is sent via email, or are they in the portal where you upload the photo/address? Thanks
Thank you. Is the PR card application also visible directly, and managed through, the PR portal as well, instead of the GCKey portal (where you have your PR application)?
Thanks. Have you received the PR cards yet? And also, once you have received the eCOPR, do you continue to use the PR portal to view and manage the PR cards application, and not the GCKey portal (where you have your PR application)?
Yeah then it most likely is with Canada Post for delivery. Mine too was out for delivery since 31 August. I received my card on 03 September. Depending on the location of the office that has sent you the card, it may take a few days extra.
I received ecopr in portal 1 week after credential and then linked my pr card application. Post that I noticed biometrics number disappeared from gckey (approved pr application). Is this normal? And there is no biometrics info on or card application
I received the IRCC Permanent Resident Confirmation Portal e-mail and replied back with the information requested in the document.
However, I accidentally created the account on Permanent Resident Portal and initiated an application with option (Other) and type Permit Holder.
Could anyone please tell me how can I fix it ? Or should I inform IRCC through the portal email that I did this by mistake.
I realized after reading the original document that we have to wait for them to provide us the link for PR Portal. What should I do now?
Please help.
Thank you.

I didn’t get it yet! Hopefully this week! you cannot do anything in the PR portal regarding your PR card application unless, they ask for a new photo! For me, it still says photo in review with IRCC. Though, I could link the PR card application with my CIC account (GC Key) and I got a ghost update the other day too on the same!

Thanks! How long did it take for you to receive the eCoPR after you received the credentials and the account created? Is there one letter for each person?
My wife (dependent) and I (principal applicant) got an email last week to create portal for PR confirmation. Since then, we have declared that we are currently in Canada and have uploaded our photos and provided our address.
I received my e-COPR this morning. However, my wife has not received hers. I would like to know if the principal applicant and the dependents can receive their e-COPRs in different times or is there a chance that my agent has forgotten to attach my wife's e-COPR?
Hi Everyone, I keep receiving the same email from IRCC portal confirmation. So far it has been three times. I as the primary applicant replied to the email initially, although we received 3 emails, one for each applicant. Should I reply to 3 emails all together ? Thanks
