No such thing, they have developed and launched a new EOI system for paper-based streams in April this year which is why no EE draws are happening. Check updates from April 28 onwards on below link to understand:

you are mistaken. This pNp was there earlier as well but on a first come first serve basis, many of my friends used to apply to it. That has been changed to an EOI-based system. Human Capital Stream draws are still going on. Tech Draws are HC stream draws, they are not for fresh grads out of colleges with xyz degree.

You’re right !!!!
but two « blind » choices:
- don’t know betwee PNP processing or FSW processing is quicker
- i would prefer to chose my family land.

But I admit these are lucky questions.
