Hello everyone,
I'm at the endorsement stage for AIPP, Newfoundland and will be applying for a work permit as requested by my employer. I need to apply for an open work permit for my spouse and study permit for my 3 kids ages 7,3,3 respectively. I'm confused at the process and I'm kindly requesting for the assistance of people who have gone through the TWP process. Am I expected to do a separate application for my spouse? If not, please how do I link the application for my dependants to mine on a work permit application?

Does anyone know how long for medical upfront done after AOR, shows passed in online account?

It's almost 5 months since AOR and no medical request.
I don't know if I should do upfront or wait for request.

It does not matter, once they will recieve it thru the webform they will update it, even if it will take some time to reflect on your account. there will be no problem at all.

Has anyone applied for the AIPP permanent residence application via the online portal - https://prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca/

I wanted to know the following:
1. How do we upload the photos? Do we still need to upload the backside of the photo with details on it?
2. Do we need to provide reference letters from the spouse's employers as well?
3. My spouse and I have applied for the PCC, but it is still in process. I have added an LoE along with the PCC application as proof. Does the portal allow us to upload more documents later?

YES, FRONT AND BACK SIDE

NO. MAYBE YOU CAN UPLOAD AFTER GET AOR AND LINK TO YOUR ACCOUNT.
