I sent my H&C application on august 10! (20 days ago) and today I received the approval for the H&C (AIP). Now I’m requested to send the documents (medical, police certificate, finances, etc) to the office in Niagara!

I sent my H&C application under the best interest of my child and family abuse on august 10! (20 days ago) and today I received the approval for the H&C (AIP). Now I’m requested to send the documents (medical, police certificate, finances, etc) to the office in Niagara!

he can know if they process his file or not.
some times they don't send AOR even if they virify the case

Hello, it wasn’t my first application. I was under sponsorship but I got separated from my ex spouse regarding abuse, I have a Canadian child so my application was under best interest of the child! i sent proofs of mostly everything (my child involved in Canada, abuse, language courses, etc)! Thank you
