I have made up my mind that I will be getting my oath next summer. Not expecting a miracle.

One of my friend’s friend had to do biometric 3 times because every time they touch his file the biometric were always expired. It took 9 months before it all worked out for him.

March 9, their last update is April 23 then Aug. 26 for the test update.

When did you apply? July 2020 or 2021? If it was 2020 you need to call. Have you logged into the portal? https://cst-ssc.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login does that have anything listed in it for your file? Or this one? https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do

I am trying to get in touch via the phone, but all ivr options tell me that the agents are busy. Does anyone know for certain any proper IVR options?

I have sent a web form with my queries. It's been 7 business days and no update yet.
