Nobody knows. I think it comes down to which office you are with. I am from Kitchener office and got decision made on 16th April and waiting since then for oath invite.

Hey! Can you please share when you applied and when you got the test invite in Kitchener? I'm a Kitchener resident, applied in May 2020, waiting for test invite!

November 2020 had ceremony done. I have been checking, it is a disaster, i think the people who got ahead of us who applied online, ofcourse lots of employees dont want to be back to office , so then our paper based applications are buried in the ground .

Late 2019 applicants are the most unlucky. Indeed 2020 applicants are progressing much faster, even paper-based applicants

I think they work on 2020 files faster, because they have 12 months standard processing time and they need to make good statistics, we are forgotten covid files, nobody cares...

I applied again online waiting for AOR . first app paper based . second online .

Thats why they are not working on all of 2020, just the last few months of 2020 which covers 12 months.
