Don't even read cicnews. Previously they posted that the POF update was a sign for FSW to be resumed. What a bull shit?! How can they even have credibility? Plus read the original budget, it did not mention anything about NOC-based draw. CIC news is not really from IRCC, is it?

OINP has stopped tech draw and paused French draw since July.

Not sure about this. Tech draws are not bi-monthly. More like once every 3-4 months. There was one in April 2021

I recommended french for FSW, not CEC or anything else. FSW isn't going anywhere. Check the history of draws; FSW has always been the flagship.
