ANy ones photo rejected and approved PR card? If yes, how long it take after the photo rejection to reprocess it again?
My photo has been rejected twice now. I have uploaded it 3rd time and I hope it goes through. I got second refusal within 2 days. The reason they gave for second one was vague (face too big/too small). At least tell if its big or small. Fingers crossed for the third one. It's getting frustrating getting stuck on the last step.

First Photo uploaded - 17 Aug
Rejection - 23 Aug
Second Photo - 23 Aug
Rejection - 25 Aug
Third Photo - 25 Aug

Hi all, Please advice on my case.

I received portal confirmation E-mail last week. Unfortunately, My family is in India and planning to come on SEP 13th (Holding valid TRV). Can i wait till SEP13th to respond to the E-mail on our whereabouts?

Will IRCC hold my application until i respond? I'm not seeing any timeline to respond to the E-mail.

Note : Im worried that i have not responded to the E-mail yet and they may take some action on my file :( :(
I suggest you to wait and respond once you are here. That should be ok as i did same thing. i responded to it after 45 days...you should be on compare to 45 days my application. i got eCOPR after 15days of reply

After 2 months of wait, my address got approved and i could download my eCPOR however photo under review for a week. Have few questions

1) On the eCOPR the Valid to: only 20th Dec. is it expected to have valid to only 4 months?

2) What could be the reason photo under review for a week?

1. It usually depends on your medical expiry. It seems you medicals are due to expire in 4 months. You should be good as you get PR card by then.
2. Ignore the portal status. that will not get update. As you have ecopr, link your application under your login where we have PR application and track the status there.

thank you for your feedback.

2) On CIC site my status showing approved and there also the document valid date 20th Dec only.

My medical is valid until 2022/03/08. So confused about the date has very short.

Ohh..ok. Then not sure on expiry date. i see few members earlier but do not know the reason too apart from medical expiry.
And, application will be approved as you received eCOPR.
I am saying the link new application for tracking your PR card in GCkey site. so, that you can see PR card application status which is diff from PR application. Because most of the people not able to see any further updates on photo or address in portal application even after getting PR card. so, dont relay on portal. you will see update only if photo rejected mostly.

If you are an inland application. You don't care about the expire date on your eCOPR.
That date its for outland people and thats the date by which they should land into canada. which is also linked to the validity of the medical results.

@TRM could you please share your portal timeline and a visa office please?

If you are inland, that expiry doesn't really matter as you will get your card before that.

yes, it already reflected in GCkey site and expiry date showing on GCkey site also showing as 2012/12/20. Hope on the PR card the date would be different.
