after submission they may take upto 2.5 months or more depends on individual's profile. But now a days i think it is not taking that much time. you will be having 60 days after you get portal link mail.
you need to send them email that you are interested in applying for nomination. you need to attach the letter of your noi with email. You will get acknowledgement mail after that which will be auto generated mail. Later with in a week you will get portal link as now ainp process is online through their portal
