I think this "error" is very welcome. Many applicants will withdraw for various reasons, so these extra applications were necessary.
And it may be the reason why the processing pace (estimated on submission time and counter) looked slower in the past.
The multiple application might happen more at the earlier stage, like 12-12:30pm EST.
you could be one of those people in the list, since minister of immigration approved the processing of those stranded files on June 28th. Anyhow guys time is running out, has some one called ircc to inquire about those stranded files? I can't get through

But jokes aside, the rule says PCC for every country you stayed after turning 18 or in the last ten years whichever is later. I submitted them PCC for last 10 years and now they are asking me PCC for the time since I turned 18.(I’m more than 18+10=28).
But isn't such a coincidence that he got AOR despite applying at 12:14 on June 28th the day the transition has been approved. Any how I wanted to give a rant here about people that spread misinformation and want to cool people down instead of fanning the flames so people move to get some stuff done.
If instead of sitting on our *** we would have called them multiple times this would have had come out way earlier. I remember on twitter people collectively were twitting about nurses not getting their pr that eventually they approved it. It is none sense that people that have applied earlier have been left behind. I repeat!! if you sit on your *** and do nothing instead of having your pr now you would have it next year or never. Since clearly when priority shifts they are not going to say hey we left those people behind lets go and process those. No, if anything happens i say they reach their quota 400000 and will reject our applications for slight deficiencies. So instead of sitting do something I am doing my part u do urs.
