Hi there
It’s normal I seen Immigration post PR or medical sometime each weeks each member a family
And also mailed it separately to each member of family
Your children being in daycare would not be viewed as a reason why they must remain in Canada. Proof that you have secured longterm childcare so you can work full-time is the only way I can see that having daycare would be viewed as a benefit in an H&C case.
Well the officer saw it a different way. It was stated that no credibility given as children has no proof of been integrated in daycare and communicating with peers.

Although included being integrated in daycare is not a dealbreaker when it comes to H&C. Children attend regular daycare for a few years and childcare exists across the world so it would not be a reason why a family needs to remain in Canada. If the children had high medical needs and attended very specialized daycare or schooling that is often an argument in favour of families needing to remain in Canada because the specialized care is not available in their home country.
I am H&C applicant Jund 2019 and got Aip June 2021 waiting for Csq as they told me they are going to ask for me on my behalf. So still waiting on my country. Hope this year we can go back.
